How to Apply
OHIP Summer 2024 Application Period is Closed.
Important Application Information:

Please review the Eligibility Section of the FAQ Page before beginning the application.

It is NOT possible to save an unfinished application and return to it at a later time. To avoid losing work, please compose your essay responses in a separate word processing program. Copy/paste the text into the appropriate field when you are ready to submit your application.

Use a different file name for EACH uploaded document: list your last name, first initial, and document name. For example, “Smith D Resume.” The system will overwrite files with the same name.

Review your application BEFORE pressing the “submit” button. Incomplete applications will NOT be reviewed.

An automatic confirmation of submission is sent to each applicant. If you have not received a confirmation, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Your Application MUST Include:

The Online Application Form - Limit each essay response to 200 words (or 1,500 characters)

A Resume that includes job experience, previous internships, and/or volunteer work

A Reference Page that lists contact information for 3 references

At least one Letter of Recommendation which can be submitted by:
- Uploading it with the application
- Emailing it to ohip@aoec.org

Mailing it to Ingrid Denis at AOEC, P.O. Box 91096, Washington, DC 20090-1096

Letter(s) of recommendation will be accepted until February 9, 2024 - ALL other application materials must be submitted by the February 2, 2024 deadline.
